One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted one Kirkiya account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances held. Kirkiya uses identity verification to enforce this rule consistently across all registered players.

Bonus Wagering Requirements

All bonuses on Kirkiya, including the 200% welcome bonus, are subject to standard wagering requirements before bonus funds can be withdrawn as cash. Withdrawals to Verified Accounts

Kirkiya processes withdrawals only to Bkash or Nagad accounts that are registered in the same name as the Kirkiya account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. This policy protects all players from fraud and ensures that winnings reach the correct person every time.

2 Eligibility and Registration

By registering on Kirkiya, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet all eligibility requirements. Providing false information during registration is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Kirkiya strictly prohibits registration by players under the age of 18. Any account found to belong to a minor will be closed immediately and all deposits returned to the original payment source.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one Kirkiya account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Kirkiya uses identity verification, device fingerprinting, and IP monitoring to detect duplicate accounts. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended and any balances held across all accounts will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Kirkiya account credentials, including your username and password. Kirkiya will never contact you to request your password. Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Kirkiya support immediately via live chat or WhatsApp. Kirkiya will take prompt action to secure your account, but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to the report being made.

  • Do not share your login credentials with any other person.
  • Do not allow any other person to access or use your Kirkiya account.

4 Deposits and Payments

Kirkiya accepts deposits via Bkash and Nagad. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your Kirkiya wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Kirkiya does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Kirkiya deposit page and may vary depending on your account tier and the payment method used. Kirkiya reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time, with notice provided to affected players where reasonably practicable.

  • Deposits must be made from a Bkash or Nagad account registered in your own name.
  • Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to someone other than the registered Kirkiya player — are not permitted.
  • Kirkiya reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment accounts.
  • Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming wallet and used in gameplay.

5 Withdrawals

Kirkiya processes withdrawal requests to Bkash and Nagad accounts registered in the same name as the Kirkiya account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Kirkiya aims to process all standard withdrawal requests within 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Diamond Exclusive tier members receive instant withdrawal processing.

Before your first withdrawal, Kirkiya requires identity verification. You will be asked to provide a copy of a valid national ID card or passport, and confirmation that your Bkash or Nagad account is registered in your name. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

7 Gaming Rules

12 Limitation of Liability
